These Terms & conditions (“Terms”) and all related policies on iffra.com/terms govern your use of the free and paid services, software, and websites (collectively, the “Service(s)”) provided by IFFRA, Inc. (“IFFRA”, “we”, “our”, etc.), including Task Pro, Chat, CRM, and any other applications or tools we offer. These Terms also apply to any content, data, files, text, images, videos, audio, graphics, profiles, tasks, or other materials (“Content”) uploaded, created, downloaded, or displayed through our Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, organisation, or other legal entity (“Organization”), you agree to these Terms on behalf of that Organisation and confirm that you have the authority to bind the Organisation. In this case, “you” and “your” refer to the Organisation.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Account Requirements

- 1.4 Account Termination and Suspension – IFFRA may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or misuse of the Services. Upon termination, your access to your account and Content may be restricted, and obligations accrued prior to termination will survive.
2. Use of Services
- 2.1 Permitted Use – The Services are intended for lawful personal, professional, and organisational productivity, including task management, collaboration, and communication.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
- 3.1 Paid Services – Some Services require a paid subscription or purchase. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan, as outlined in the billing terms presented during the purchase process.
- 3.2 Billing Cycle – Subscriptions are billed regularly (monthly, yearly, or as otherwise specified). Payment must be made in advance for each billing cycle.
- 3.3 Automatic Renewal – Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew at the same rate and terms as the previous period.
- 3.4 Refunds – Refunds are issued at IFFRA’s discretion. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise stated. Certain promotional or discounted subscriptions may be non-refundable.
- 3.5 Taxes – You are responsible for all applicable taxes, levies, or duties associated with your purchase of Services.
- 3.6 Changes in Fees – IFFRA may update pricing with notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
- 3.7 Payment Methods – IFFRA accepts payment via credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other approved methods. You represent that your chosen payment method is valid and authorised for use.
4. Intellectual Property and License
- 4.1 Ownership of Services – All Services, including software, interfaces, logos, designs, graphics, and related intellectual property, are owned by IFFRA and protected under copyright, trademark, and other laws.
- 4.2 User Content License – By using the Services, you grant IFFRA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, modify, and distribute your Content solely to provide and improve the Services.
- 4.3 Restrictions – You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the Services without IFFRA’s prior written consent.
- 4.4 Feedback – Feedback or suggestions provided to IFFRA may be used without restriction, obligation, or compensation.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
- 5.1 Privacy Policy – Your use of Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
- 5.2 Data Responsibility – You are responsible for maintaining backups of your Content. IFFRA does not guarantee the permanent availability of Content and may delete data upon account termination or inactivity.
- 5.3 Data Security – IFFRA implements reasonable security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorised access or cyberattacks.
7. Termination
We use the information we collect to:
- 7.1 Termination by You – You may close your account at any time via account settings or by contacting IFFRA support.
- 7.2 Termination by IFFRA – IFFRA may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, misuse of Services, or as required by law.
- 7.3 Effect of Termination – Termination removes your access to Services and Content. Any accrued obligations, including payment obligations, remain effective.
8. Software
- 8.1 License – IFFRA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any downloadable software solely to access our Services.
- 8.2 Updates – Software may update automatically. You must maintain a compatible system to use it.
- 8.3 Restrictions – Unauthorised copying, distribution, or modification of the Software is prohibited.

- 9.2 Opt-Out – You can manage your preferences for promotional notifications in your account settings.

You agree to indemnify and hold IFFRA harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
